Henry & Rose Boutique is a boutique fashion brand rooted in timeless style, craftsmanship, and personal connection. What started as a boutique inspired by the soul of New Orleans is now steadily expanding its presence from boutique to online.

As we grow our online store and digital presence, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to help us translate the look, feel, and story of our boutique into a strong and consistent online experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building something with care — not chasing trends, but creating visuals that feel warm, real, and high quality.

Your Role

As our Graphic Designer, you will help shape how Henry & Rose Boutique comes to life online. You will work closely with our team to ensure that everything customers see — from website visuals to marketing materials — reflects the boutique’s identity.

Responsibilities

  • Design visual assets for our online store, including banners, product images, thumbnails, and promotional graphics

  • Create marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, and online promotions

  • Translate the in-store boutique atmosphere into a consistent online visual experience

  • Improve user experience through thoughtful, clear, and elegant design

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to bring ideas and concepts to life

  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (E-commerce experience is a plus, but not required)

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar

  • Strong sense of visual balance, detail, and storytelling

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative tasks

  • Comfortable working in a growing online environment where processes are still evolving

  • A portfolio showcasing previous design work (required)
